Below are described access routes to the complex Nové byty Ostrava.

Access route from Ostrava City Hall:
Distance - 4 km. From the roundabout opposite of the new City Hall (Radnice) Ostrava go over the bridge "Pionýrů" along Českobratrska avenue, continue direction Bazaly past the FC-Baník stadium until the first crossroad by the former mine of P. Bezruč. Continue straight along Michálkovická Street to the next crossroad with Heřmanická Street, onto which you turn (left). Carry on along Heřmanická Street until you get to Koněvova Street (slightly to the right – on the main road). Go to the end of Koněvova to its crossing with Kubínova Street (left, along trolleybus lines). Cca 500m behind this crossroad there is a turning onto Kubínova Street to the complex Nové byty Ostrava.

Description of the locality

The complex of the new apartment flats is located within the quiet Ostrava City district of Heřmanice. You can get to this quiet area easily from Kubínova Street (directly behind the trolleybus stop ‘Parcelní’ -line 106). The complex encompasses two main roads Heřmánková and Pampelišková. There is a small woodland area in the southeastern direction from the flats. The housing units are located on a hillock, offering lovely views of the surrounding areas, especially from the highest positioned split-level flats. The site is conveniently situated, offering the benefits of city living (4 km to the city centre) combined with the advantages of quite housing without the urban background noise. The nearby trolleybus stop (100m) provides easy links to all other public transport of the municipality.
